1. Chase “Outreach Program” This particular program offers Chase mortgage holders up to $35,000 to short sale their home. I’ve personally seen homeowners walk away from closing with a check for $35,000.
2. Government Short Sale assistance otherwise known as “The HAFA Program” where homeowners get Foreclosure protection. Below are some program highlights:
A. $3,000 Cash at Closing
B. No Deficiency Judgments
C. No Promissory Notes
D. No Cash Contributions at Closing
E. Additional funds toward 2nd liens if any
